COVID Safe Guide

The health and wellbeing of you, Santa and his elves are our highest priority. We have created a COVIDSafe plan which allows us to all be safe and have fun!

• To monitor the number of people on the photo set you will need to make an online booking to visit Santa. Bookings are essential and limited so book early.
• Please do not attend your session if you have been in contact with someone with COVID19 or are experiencing COVID19 symptoms.
• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your booked session.
• You must maintain your distance of 1.5 metres between yourself and other families.
• One of the elves will be checking your temperature of the patrons attending the set.
• You will be asked to sign in using the QR Code.
• Use hand sanitizer upon entry to the set.
• The number of people allowed inside the set will be limited based on the current State Government Regulations. The maximum capacity will need to include Santa and the photographer.
• Due to social distancing, unfortunately, family members will NOT be able to sit next to Santa and his elves or on Santa’s knee. All family members will need to remain 1.5 metres from Santa and the elves at all time.
• Unfortunately, Santa will be unable to hold babies or young children this year. At this stage, either a parent or older sibling will need to hold young children.
• There will be stools provided in front of the throne for you to sit and pose for your photo.
• The stools will be cleaned and sanitized between each sitting.
• You are welcome to bring along your own props, hats, headbands etc and get dressed up for a fun Santa Photo.
• No pets allowed at any time in the centre or on set
